The lounge overlooks the covered swimming pool and jacuzzi (which can be illuminated after dark).
For your peace of mind, the swimming pool has a PRIVACY SCREENING around the bottom half of the mesh (see below).
Additional facilities include a children's pool security fence, towel rail and outside access to the downstairs bathroom. The pool is cleaned weekly and arrangements can be made for it to be heated in the cooler months*.

Patio doors in the lounge lead out to the fully screened, south facing, extended sundeck and spa area.
The sundeck is fully furnished with two sun loungers, eight patio chairs, a family table, two side tables and an outlet for a stereo.
